Refund Policy

At The Outfit Club, every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition. As most of our collections are exclusive and many are made-to-order, we follow a strict No Refund Policy.

Refund Eligibility:

If you receive any of the following, please contact our Customer Care Team within 48 hours of receiving your order:

  • An incorrect product that does not match the item you ordered.
  • A product with a genuine manufacturing defect.
  • A product that has been damaged during transit.

Please share the following details while raising your request:

  • Your Order ID.
  • Clear photographs showing the issue.
  • A brief description of the concern.

Important Information:

  • All claims are subject to verification by our Quality Check team after the product has been received and inspected.
  • If the claim is found to be genuine, an exchange or replacement may be offered depending on stock availability. Refunds will not be issued.
  • The product must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with the original tags, invoice and packaging intact.
  • Made-to-order and customised products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Alterations may be provided wherever applicable, and additional charges may apply based on the alteration request.
  • Exchanges are permitted only within the same brand and are subject to stock availability. If the replacement product is of a higher value, the customer must pay the price difference before dispatch.
  • For ready-to-wear (non-customised) products, approved exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The decision of The Outfit Club regarding the eligibility of any refund, replacement or exchange request shall be final.
