Returns & Exchange

Please note that none of the products on our website are returnable. Returns are strictly prohibited.
Exchanges are allowed only for items from our ready-to-wear collection and not made to order products.

Returns / Exchange Information:

  • Exchanges can be made only within the same brand. For example, if you purchased a product from Forty Four, you may exchange it only for another Forty Four item. Cross-brand exchanges are not permitted.
  • The exchanged product must be of the same or higher value than the original purchase. If the new item is of a higher value, the price difference must be paid before the replacement is delivered.
  • In case of made to order products only alterations are only applicable in that case but additional charges will apply depending on the alteration request made by the customer.
  • In Non-customised product the customer would only have 7 days timeframe from the date of delivery of the product to make an exchange, we request you to return the product in original condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered, untampered & in saleable condition) with original tags, invoice & packaging intact.
  • ⁠All the products received will undergo Quality Check after the product has been received at our warehouse/Store. If the product picked up does not pass the quality check.
  • ⁠Please note that all exchanges are subject to stock availability. No customised products are exchangeable to returnable. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by www.theoutfitclub.com and accept www.theoutfitclub.com
