Returns & Exchange

Most items are returnable in our stores, to check which items cannot be returned in our stores please call our customer care on +919831715311. The returns product will be sent back to the address from which it is picked up from (for example the designers pick up address from which the courier service will deliver the product to the customer).

Returns / exchange through courier collection

  1. Non-customised product 7 days from the delivery of the product, we request you to return the product in original condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered, untampered & in saleable condition) with original tags, invoice & packaging intact.
  2. All the products received will undergo Quality Check after the product has been received at our warehouse/Store. If the product picked up does not pass the quality check.
  3. Please note that all exchanges are subject to stock availability. No customised products are exchangeable to returnable. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by www.theoutfitclub.com and accept www.theoutfitclub.com
