  • Wash in the machine on a gentle cycle or hand wash in cold water with mild soap or mild liquid detergents.
  • Wash dark and light clothing separately.
  • Tumble dry for best results.
  • Dry in the shade.
  • Don't expose clothing to dryer heat or iron in high mode. Iron while the garment is slightly damp.
  • We prefer hand washing as it causes less damage to the fabrics and the decorative trims.

Delivery

Ready to Wear product will be delivered within 10 working days. Customised Product will be delivered within 18 to 21 Days.

Dry Clean Only.

Return & Exchange

No returns are applicable. Exchanges are only applicable on "Ready to Wear" products with any size/product from the same brand. Customised products cannot be exchanged.

Cancellation

Only Ready to wear order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained.

There are no cancellations in customisation orders.
